At the end of the training, the trainees will be able to:

• Implement, maintain and improve the management of Research, Development and Innovation in organisations;
• Understand the importance of Research, Development and Innovation management and its focus on development;
• Understand the transition process from the RDI Management Systems implemented according to NP 4457:2007 to NP 4457:2021;
• Develop and implement the Research, Development and Innovation Management System according to ISO 4457;
• Plan, prepare and carry out internal audits to Research, Development and Innovation management systems according to ISO 4457.
