At the end of the training, trainees will be able to

• Implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Systems;
• Understand what is a Quality Management System and its objectives;
• Identify and interpret the requirements defined in ISO 9001 and its practical application;
• Identify the phases necessary to implement a Quality System;
• Identify the phases of the certification process;
• Plan, prepare and carry out internal audits to quality management systems according to ISO 9001.
