At the end of the training, trainees will be able to:
- Implement and maintain the ISO 22000 standard on food safety;
- Understand the importance of food safety management and its focus on the development and improvement of organizations;
- Plan a food safety management system with knowledge of the main food legal requirements applicable in Portugal and understand the process of legal conformity assessment;
- Develop and implement food safety management systems according to the ISO 22000 standard;
- Plan, prepare and perform internal audits of food safety management systems according to the ISO 22000 standard.
HACCP.
At the end of the training, trainees will be able to:
- Develop, implement and maintain food safety and hygiene systems based on the HACCP system;
- Understand the importance of food safety and hygiene management and its focus on the development and improvement of organisations;
- Know how to prepare a hazard analysis and a risk assessment;
- Plan a food safety and hygiene management system with knowledge of the main legal requirements applicable in Portugal and understand the process of legal conformity assessment;
- Plan, prepare and perform internal audits to food safety and hygiene management systems based on HACCP.
BRC.
At the end of the training, trainees will be able to:
- Evaluate the design, implementation and improvement according to the requirements of the BRC standards;
- Understand the importance of food safety and hygiene management and its focus on the development and improvement of organizations;
- Know how to prepare a hazard analysis and a risk assessment;
- Plan a food safety and hygiene management system with knowledge of the main legal requirements applicable in Portugal and understand the process of legal conformity assessment;
- Plan, prepare and perform internal audits to food safety and hygiene management systems based on BRC standards.
IFS.
At the end of the training, trainees will be able to:
- IImplement and maintain the IFS Food standard related to food safety and quality;
- Understand the importance of IFS Food and its focus on the development and improvement of organizations in the international market;
- Plan a food safety and quality management system with knowledge of the main legal food requirements applicable internationally and understand the process of legal conformity assessment;
